- my turnaround time is 5-25 days (based on irl busyness (College) and mood)- I hold the right to decline a commission if i see fit- my style may be different in some areas (mood dependent art style), commissioning me means you acknowledge that your art may not 1000% look like my examples- i take paypal and cashapp payments, with refunds available as long as it is asked before the second sketch is completed- do NOT use my work for Al OR NFT, (if you would like to use art you commissioned by me for merch or sales please ask first)- if you do not own the character being drawn, i will NOT draw anything violent, offensive or explicit/suggestive- please communicate thoroughly what you want, including reminding me OR asking for progress, i have ADD and i tend to get very busy- i will NOT do major modifications to any artwork or custom after second sketch is completed, any major changes will require extra payment

DESIGN T.O.S

- do not resell the custom for more than it was worth (unless commissioned art is attached to it) ((GIFT ART DOES NOT COUNT))
- do not trade/sell/giveaway designs to people on my blacklist/blocked
- do not use your own TOS on my designs
- All sales are final with customs/adopts
Do not use my designs for violence, hate art, illegal art (such as p3d0, 20o, and anything morally incorrect) or anything you wouldnt show a child
- DO NOT TRADE MY DESIGNS WITH NSFW TO MINORS
- if redesigning, do not drastically change their design (keep it recognizable to a
degree)
- do not claim ownership of designs i made, including toyhouse
- do not take heavy inspo from designs i make to produce similar characters. this includes the commissioner
